Once the vision is clear, we follow up with detailing and technical drawings, whilst handling building notices and the application process for a smooth execution. Along the way, we maintain regular contact and provide guidance, ensuring you are involved in all key decisions. When the application is approved, we proceed to production and the start of construction – always with close follow-up to ensure a final result that lives up to your expectations.
Renovation
We offer complete solutions for all types of renovation projects, from extensions and additions to the total refurbishment of existing buildings. We upgrade façades and redesign buildings to create a more modern and contemporary expression, whilst taking into account the building's character and values.
Extensions (Tilbygg): We specialise in bespoke extensions that blend seamlessly into existing structures, giving your home a modern and cohesive look. This increases space and functionality in an elegant way.
Additions (Påbygg): Our additions are carefully planned to integrate perfectly with the existing building, whilst updating the façade with modern details. The result is increased value and function, with a contemporary expression.

Our workflow with you:
Initial meeting
We always start with an informal chat to get to know you, hear what you desire, and map out the project's possibilities and challenges.
Proposal
Based on the initial meeting, we prepare a clear and transparent proposal outlining the price, scope, and timeframe.
Contract signing
Once we agree, we sign a contract. This gives you full control over what is included and what happens next.
Site visit
We conduct a site visit to understand the conditions in detail and ensure that the plans we create are realistic and adapted to the location.
First draft
We deliver the initial design proposal showing the core concept and main features. Here we gather your feedback and adjust before moving forward.
Number of revisions
You get several opportunities to provide input and suggest changes. We work closely with you to ensure the solution is right.
Neighbour notification
We send out neighbour notifications and follow up on any comments. The notice period is normally 2 weeks, with 1 week for responding to input.
Planning application
We submit the application for planning permission (rammesøknad). The processing time is usually at least 3 weeks, but can be up to 12 weeks for applications requiring dispensations.
Possible further adjustments
Based on feedback from the municipality, we make any necessary adjustments and adaptations to ensure approval.
Detailed design and working drawings
We prepare detailed drawings and specifications that the contractor needs to carry out the construction work.
Contract signing with contractor
We assist with the selection and contracting of a builder/contractor, ensuring everything is ready before construction begins.
Follow-up of the construction process
We follow up on the construction work, coordinate with contractors, and ensure inspections and necessary approvals are carried out.
Completion
We conclude the project with a final inspection and handover, ensuring everything is in accordance with the agreement and standards.
