Sørvika Housing Project
The interiors of the Sørvika project convey a holistic vision where modern architecture meets Nordic sensibility. Throughout all the rooms, we see a consistent use of natural materials, large glazed areas, and soft transitions between indoors and outdoors. The spaces are light and airy, yet at the same time warm and inviting – created to live in, breathe in, and rest in.
The material palette balances the rough and the sophisticated: timber, warm textiles, and carefully selected details such as woven lamps and hanging greenery give the interior depth and humanity. Architectural features such as double-height ceilings, through-light, and open-plan layouts provide a sense of space and a subtle connection to the nature outside.
Together, these interiors express a homely environment that is both timeless and site-specific – an invitation to tranquillity, togetherness, and presence in everyday life.
